For the House:

1. Latest (paid) bill, by any electricity provider you have
2. A simple photocopy of your ID or passport
3. New Installation Declaration, if the previous one has expired, in accordance with the Internal Electrical Installations Regulation
4. Copy of the rental agreement from the Tax Office or copy of E9 (Real Estate Declaration). The lease must have been submitted to the taxis by the lessor and accepted by the lessee.
5. Last Meter Indicator

For the Business:
